Sorry I have to be honest and say I hate this place. Been living here 3 plus years and Management is horrible, fees are extremely high, and plan on discrimination. I have proof of all of my claims. My water bill is over $100 a month for a small family; that is $100+ over the already park fee of $600 and sewer/trash of $45 a month. Can you be...

We review all metered utilities each month and look for excessive high and low bills to insure there are no meter problems and also to look for any misread meters.
